Trekking Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited. 
  • Friendly and civilised behaviour is mandatory for everyone.
  • Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Management reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice.
  • Please do not bring any valuables to the trek. If you do bring, you are responsible to keep them with you all the time.
  • Proper footwear and clothing is essential for this trek. Trekking with a weak shoe sole is best avoided.
  • Management reserves the right to send back any trekker who hasn't signed the medical disclaimer form and/or who is physically unfit for the trek.
  • We may take photographs of participants of a trek that may be used for promotional purposes.

Dos and Don'ts
1. Alcohols or any other intoxicating products are ‘’STRICTLY PROHIBHITED’’ during the trek.
2. Always pay heed to the trek guides or instructors.
3. Try not to leave the group under any circumstances.
4. Avoid trekking during the nights as it is extremely dangerous.
5. Avoid using earphones as that might hinder your hearing.
6. Do not participate or encourage littering of the places in any form.
7. While visiting the local villages and tourist sites, obey the local guidelines and instructions.
8. Do not harm or interrupt the local sentiments of the places.

Cancellation Terms
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Your safety is of paramount concern while travelling with Heaven Adventure. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Since adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required.

Heaven Adventure will not be entitled to refund or compensation if the trek has to be cancelled in any way because of natural disaster, terrorist activity, riot, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen situations. It is possible that the trek might get delayed or the route has to be changed due to some adverse weather conditions, political situations or any such extremity. In case of such delay or a route change, participants are not entitled to any refund or compensation of loss or damage.

All payments are to be made online via the or a digital invoice sent by Deshpee Internet Pvt Ltd. No cash payment can be made and any direct payment to tour oprator/guide will not be covered by Heaven Adventure.
